Food is medicine for the body. We will design a custom meal plan for you that addresses your specific issues. One plan does not fit all so we determine a plan that not only addresses your issues but also fits into your lifestyle. 

Receive Kitchen Coaching from Author and Chef Shelley Marie. Coaching lessons begin with a consultation where we identify your goals, concerns, food history and realistic timeframes. The chef will discuss reorganizing your cooking space, how to navigate the grocery store, meal prep, a 1-week meal plan to ultimately create an outline of which kitchen coaching services are essential to achieve your goals.

Many people struggle with preparing nutritious meals that are designed for their specific situation and/or health challenge. Your struggle is over! Chef Shelley Marie utilizes her skill in western and eastern cooking to suggest delicious, nutritious meals for you. It starts with a consultation with the Chef to determine what needs to be accomplished and a plan is developed focusing on healthy meals that are specifically designed for you. Ingredients:  

2 cups of Milk (or Milk Alternative) 

1 Cup of Water 

1/2 tsp Turmeric (or 1 inch fresh) 

1 inch Ginger 

4 Black Peppercorns  

1/4 tsp Cardamom 

1/8 tsp Cinnamon  

Directions  Place milk (or milk alternative) and water in pot. Use tea bag to place ingredients listed above. Begin to warm milk slowly. Add tea bag and continue to heat until milk begins to simmer. The process should take 8 mins (no longer than ten minutes.) Benefits of Golden Milk  The Turmeric in the Golden Milk is excellent for reducing inflammation. Golden Milk has been used to battle the Common Cold and Flu Golden Milk has been used to increase blood flow.
