My background is unusual and intentionally so. Ayurveda provides a deep framework for understanding digestive patterns, while chemical engineering equips me with systems-based thinking to identify breakdowns in digestion and restore proper flow.
With years of experience working with clients on complex digestive cases, I consistently found that most people didn’t need more protocols or herbs. They required the right foundation for Ayurvedic nutrition, applied in the correct order.
